REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
NO REFUNDS. All deposit and service charges are final. If service is on longer need then the remaining balance will be credited to your account for another service you choose within the remaining balance fee.

Deposits hold your appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment then please do so 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel less then 24 hours you will forfeit your deposit or appointment. No call no show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

There is a 10 minute grace period. After that grace period, you could be seen but your appointment will be shortened. If any client is 20 minutes late then the appointment will be canceled and fee of 50% will be charged. Any credit/debit card that is invalid will not be able to book future appointments.
