Fluid Removal Consultation

Service Description

This consultation will determine if the client has fluid that can be removed with the 23 gauge butterfly or straight needle. If so the fluid can be removed at this appointment with the client signing a consent form and agrees to the payment of $75 per 60mL syringe

Cancelation Policy

NO REFUNDS. All deposit and service charges are final. If service is on longer need then the remaining balance will be credited to you account for another service you choose within the remaining balance fee up to 60 days. Deposits hold your appointment time. If you need to cancel you appointment than please do so 24 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel less the 24 hours you will be charged 25% of service price. No call no show will be charged 100% of service fee. There is a 10 minute grace period. After that grace period you could be seen but your appointment will be shortened. If any client is 20 minutes late than appointment will be canceled and fee of 50% will be charged. Any credit/debit card that is invalid will not be able to book future appointments.
